Mechi Dol

Mechi Dol - a tributary Veleka length 26 km. Stems from the confluence of Big and Little Bear's valley, which flows through the reserve "Vitanovo." Flows in a northeasterly direction, and in a deep wooded valley. Wild and lush river pools, rock passages, waterfalls and numerous meanders at the bottom. It is famous for its Balkan trout. Before its confluence Veleka passes near the village Stoilovo and serves to limit reserve "Sredoka."
